Never really saw live bait anywhwere except eels. Might try Stop and Shop for fresh mullet. Tom usually has some fresh.Place for fresh shrimp, probably Austin Seafood.Buy the heads on for bait. You can also get some spot fillets there. Cheaper than the frozen mullet you get at most tackle shops. And better.Fresh better than frozen.Except if the fresh has eyes looking like they are rotting.The best bait is caught fresh with a thrownet. Should be some around when you are there. If I can throw one anyone can.
