Hey King! Busy season is starting up for you guys huh? I figured you had been busy since I hadn't seen you post for a few days.

I checked out the featured board on the site you linked to.

I've see lots of message boards that use that format and it's not bad at all. It would actually be nice to have a board with categories for asking questions. Something like " Gear and rigging " " Surf and Pier reports" " Boat reports " " Beach Access questions" etc.

If I'm not mistaken that format lets you put permanent notes that stay at the top of the category. With that you could MAYBE save yourself some trouble with moderation by posting rules like " No Political BS" " Be polite " " This is a family board " and so on.

Let us know when you decide. Some of us could maybe try to upload some pictures and write up some basic stuff about getting started , if you think it would help with the repeat questions. I'd certainly be willing to take a couple of shots of " how to " bottom fish with a two hook rig or something.
