In same boat. Pacer. Had rotator cuff injury last year. No idea cause. Did therapy for 6 months at which time problem just got worse. Stopped therapy. After 6 more months back to 90% w/o any exercises.

Best of luck, don't fall off the deck when you hook the "big one" ...and suggest you forget the "cannon".
