Hey man! Sorry , but I didn't see your first post. I am no flounder expert. I would try a green jig head with some night crawlers = = about 1/2 a crawler on a plain jig head. Fish it around likely flounder areas. Drag it across the bottom.

This is a slow board and we like it that way. Allows time for thought and reflection.

You could also use a tandem rig with a larger jig in front and a smaller one as a " stinger " behind the first. I generally use bucktails for this - maybe tipped with SOMETHING.
