Use live eels, 6/0 gamukatsu octopus hooks 3' 60# leader with or without a weight. Use a weight if the is a strong current. If the current is week, use no weight and just freeline the eels. Don't use anthing under 20# for the catwalk, braided line is the best choice 30 to 40#. Don't forget your drop net. Happy fishing.
