You did good, some people don't catch anything. Some of the charter boats are catching the big stripers on the shoals at Oregon Inlet. I haven't seen very much bird activity lately further out in Kitty Hawk / Kill Devil Hills and what I have seen looked like it might have been bluefish.

I think more of the migratory stripers will show up around mid December but I believe the majority will stay around the NC/VA state line area again this winter because it looks like another mild winter.

Right now the ocean is flat as a lake and muddy.
