I've usually been able to catch enough for dinner from the beach in Duck. Usually stay on Olde Duck Beach Rd or Four Seasons. Have caught fish between there and Pine Island. Fresh mullet chunks on a 2 hook bottom rig tossed 5-10 yards past the drop-off. Don't "heave" for table fare.
