Hey, guys -

I haven't been surf fishing since I was a kid in Florida. Looking to make my first trip to OBX either sometime between April 2 and April 9 -or- any weekend after that.

Questions:
1. Where would you recommend I go for a first time experience of the OBX?
2. What should I expect to be fishing for during those dates (do you recommend later in April vs. the first week)?
