To each his own Terry I have had time I had to throw 8-10 OZ and if you do a Hatteras cast, or pendulum. ( I never mastered that one) you need a shock leader, It also has to do with how hard you throw , yes you can throw 5-6 oz with 20 lbs test if you throw gently.
