Thanks King! I did hear about the bird issues and will keep my fingers crossed. Worst case scenario I target the blues, sea mullet, and flounder along with many frothy brews in the cooler. That is the high life! I need to learn the pendulum cast to get anywhere near that wreck you speak of. I do have a 13' rod that I can launch 3-8 oz plus bait with now, but I have yet to master the very long distance cast. Are there any puppy drum in the wash that time of year in that area? If I wanted to throw a bait out to take a chance for puppy drum, do I want to through the bait right in past the furthest breaker or inside the breaker, or where?
Again, many thanks and I have read MANY posts on here dating way back to learn what I can from this great resource.
