You can still go kind of cheap, the all day offshore trip on the Miss Hatteras headboat at Oden's Dock. There's not a wintertime headboat for stripers like Virginia Beach.

I think it could be worst with the regular charter boat prices, some of the Caribbean Islands are charging that per person.
