Oregon inlet

Hey guys, I'll be down there in a week or so and I'm wondering if anyone has fished the rocks at Oregon Inlet lately. Seems like with all the cold weather anything in those shallow Sound waters would be heading out to sea for a while. Though I might go over to the inlet for a few hours but don't want to waste my time if I should just get out on the beach. I'm going on the beach either way but if the inlet might be productive I might give it a shot. I've been looking on RDT's reports that they are slaying the puppies and specks down at the Frisco Pier and Ramp 55. Probably going down there for a day too unless the Nags Head Beaches have been productive. Any advise would be much appreciated.
