Fish finder Rig as Jason said but I like live eels they can be had at many tackle shops keep them on Ice they will last several days I hook them in the tail them might last all day hooked that way if a blue don't eat it first

King said he would let us know when they arrive so keep looking for their arrival as the water temps go down
