buddy system

i have tried 3 times at pea island,with no luck,however some stripers have been caught.for us locals, as well as visitors,how about leaving reports good or bad on the surf and cat walk scenes.wind speed ,direction and what the tide was and what phase of the the tide was,can increase all of our odds of picking one off.most of the stripers i have heard caught from the surf have been 2 hrs before and a hour after dead low
