Hey guys..... new on this site. Not looking for anybody's secret holes or anything like that. Just looking for advise. I live in NC and come to the Outerbanks several times a year, mostly in the spring summer and fall. I've never been later than mid september so I'm just wondering if I'll be wasting my time in late december. I've read that its a great time for stripers but just wanted to hear it first hand from some folks who know.
