Just wanted to let you know the big speckled trout are starting to show up in the surf on the northern beaches. Red drum over 40 inches and bluefish 5-8 pounds have also been caught. I was told the big yellow belly spot and some very big croakers were still in the James River in Virginia. That could mean more spot later on if the water temps stay warm around the beaches, the croakers will show up in cold water.
I'd recommend early morning, evening or after dark. The holes and sloughs at high tide and behind the outer bar at low tide. Check out the areas with the most bird activity. If the grass is bad try low tide or move to where it's not washing up on the beach.
I've got a whole lot of complaints about this board not working, might be because a password is not on it or the question isn't answered right, leave off the S.
Also I haven't been answering my emails because I've been having trouble with my computer, my video cards keep going bad. The AGP slot card I'm using isn't used anymore and I'm having a hard time finding the right generation of card with enough memory that will work. I'm trying to put off buying a new computer.
