Fished up north on the Chesapeake Bay after they opened up the season about 12 years ago and let us keep some. Caught 30-50 lbs.fish like crazy. No more, those fish were 10-20 years old.How long did people think you could take that resource. The big breeders have all been taken. Should have had a slot limit like red drum.The fishery is in decline.
