Cape Lookout & North

I just got back from a great week starting a Cape Lookout and working my way north fishing all the way to Oregon Inlet. Caught many keeper flounder on the inlet side of the point at Cape Lookout. My biggest was a 19-1/2" door mat. Also, good catches of blues, sea mullet, and a few grey trout in the surf. Next fished Beaufort Inlet by boat and had good catches of black sea bass and lots of blues.
Next on up to Cape Hatteras with lots of company on the point catching blues and good sea mullet.....What a GREAT week of fishing. Nothing like tight lines on the NC coast.
