Thanks guys. I've got a free weekend coming up and I'm trying to decide between fishing for landlocked stripers (rockfish) up here or driving down and taking my chances for a big drum. Tough choice really, , so please keep posting reports. I'm going to have to hear something good before I make the trip down, I already have good news up here :) Thanks again!

There was a post here a while back from , I think , "bob" in Bedford county VA. If any of you know him or , Bob, if you see this, now is a good time to check out Smith Mountain Lake.

I didn't say anything about anybody catching stripers on Smith mtn. Lake. Later Guys!
