Just got back yesterday from Rodanthe. Fished from there to Hatteras inlet. Had days where caught nothing. Had one day where we caught so many puppy drum my wife had to rake Advil and lay on a heating pad. Also caight Flounder up to 18 inches, pompano, blues, mullet and spot. Went to Oregan Inlet twice and caught very little. Had the best luck in the sound off the spur rd. It was a great two weeks, now is the time to be there.
Fresh mullet is the bait to use
