Best Spot Early November?

I've got a free place to stay North of Corolla but I'm wonder if I should pay to stay and fish elsewhere.

Are we going to be able to catch anything that far north? What can we expect?

We really don't mind catching small stuf, I just don't want to go where no fish are.
