Oregon Inlet

I noticed on the Google Earth map that ramp 4 is now open to the Bodie Island spit, but can you get there by 4x4? Last year we were down and couldn't get out due to flooding tides. Just wandering if that was a rare event or is it still happening. Coming down next week. Can't wait.
