our trout season stays open year round. used to open at noon on 1st. sat. in april. i liked that a lot better. gave all us guys a chance to get together and party a little bit. we all brought food and drink and got there early, so by noon we were pretty tuned up. they would probably put you in jail today. the game wardens never said much unless you started acting like an ass. good times with friends. i'm going to my secret spot were those creek born rainbows are. the man that owns that place is getting up there in age. i wish i had the money to buy it. beautiful place. good luck YAK stay safe and have some fun.
