Hamburgers, Green Peppers And Onions

A simple to fix favorite of mine that I had the other night .......

Hamburgers, Green Peppers And Onions

1.36 pounds ground beef (makes seven hamburgers)
2 (8 oz) cans Food Lion mushrooms stems & pieces (optional)
2 smaller size green peppers sliced
1 large onion sliced
1 good shot of wine not too much
1 good shot of Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Make hamburger patties and cook on stovetop in pan with a little water, start on high add rest of ingredients then cover with top and cut heat back to four. Cook until everything looks done. Serve with homemade mac and cheese.
