i have found them the last week of march, but it was unusually wet and warm. most people around here say april 15. i say sooner if weather is right. when it stays in the 50's at night it is time to start looking. also when the popular trees start budding it won't be long. if you have tulip popular trees around. will be your best bet.
might try some new things in garden this year. i had one of the best gardens in my life last year. destroyed by hail in 10 minutes.
