Depends on the price on what crowd you will get but a lot of your workforce is already there staying for free.

What I mean is out of town homeowners grandchildren staying in their houses for free the ones that don't rent.

It's some jobs suck more than others and all pay minimum wage or close to it if they want help pay and be nice.

I can tell you don't waste your time trying with the ones that are running a continuous ongoing help wanted ad.

That's been going on a long time, before Airbnbs. Kitty Hawk was incorporated as a town to stop county in past.

The county was allowing houses to be divided up into apartment rooms and unfortunately they were grandfathered.

Won't go into dealing with the bottom barrel in them, will say a large nest of them will be beyond a nightmare.
