On a lighter note ... have frequently said to to appeasers..."Were it not for me, and others like me, you'd be suckin rice 3x a day by now"!

As for Nessie. Recent photo maybe sturgeon...surely not Nessie. W/ access to ocean, could be about anything.

Plans for more development no surprise. Left there 20 yrs. ago as was already goin downhill.

On the North Coast, frost or freeze most mornings. Most trees bare. Last to hold leaves = ornamental pears and bald cypress.

Chuckle for the day...Register gal this morning at grocery asked what plans were for Thanksgiving. Told her text went out to family w/ the plans, but this Capt wasn't included as addressee. Woman in line pipes up w/ "You can come to my house"!

And one more. Squeeze been askin her Dr.'s if her high sugar readings might be because she's pregnant. Tellin em if she's not ... "it's sure not for lack of tryin":):)
