So...as have been saying for years...Fox Mulder correct w/ his statement..."The Truth is Out There".

Notice timing of UFO hearings. To deflect from the Biden investigations.

On North Coast major flooding and last week hail size of meatballs. Spared from hail here at the homestead.

Getting estimates to replace wood deck now 18 years old w/ composite product. This Capt glad was sitting down when got estimate = $29,900.

Went to use grill for 1st time in 3 years. Was ship shape when put into garage for winter. Pressed ignite button and it fell out. Garage door keypad suddenly stopped working yesterday. Think full of moisture from storms. No way to open and dry out. Parts on the way.

Be doing home maintenance surveys in next 2 weeks - overdue. Prices still holding well. Last few 3 bedroom 2 baths sold for $390,000.

Finally got last of fishing gear cleaned, repaired. So far for 2024 1 week Kitty Hawk, 1 week Rodanthe.

Biggest project left = repair of steel man door and trim to garage. Need 3 consecutive days w/o rain.
