Kitty Hawk. MP 3.2. Raining at 0430 hrs. Fished 0630 -930 hrs. WNW 3 - 5. Flat again. Nada. 1 other fisherman to N, same.

Appreciate barrel sinker tips but crabs so voracious wouldn’t help.

Black flies arrived at 0900 hrs. Spoke to an octogenarian who said last nite family attacked on beach…further house full of em too as small kids in/out. Yum!

Cooled off by afternoon w/ wind shift to NE.
