I am not sure, if you look at the video below she is too chubby and other is too small and one is a long haired shirtless guy in jeans to me.

I thought BC Canada before I read it. They have a lot of strange religious cults there so I do not think it's a simple fake likely more to it.

Or it could be ghouls that came across the border from the jungle, worth bringing to attention as that could be fishing run-in related like UFOs.
