The first is they would have thought nothing of using that on us and secondly is more are alive because of it.

I am really against it but is probably being used for propaganda against us over there to keep the hate going.

One of my grandfathers was in army during it watched them film MacArthur returning to the beach in Philippines.

Not in the history book, it was the start of 3 weeks of heavy fighting and that's when he got his purple heart.

My grandfather got shot in the elbow and bullet came out his wrist and he said it felt like a horse kicked him.

His buddy got shot in the butt trying to get to him which is a serious wound and was a sniper that they killed.

Mostly he didn't talk about it much said what haunted him the most was a guy blown in half but alive as normal.
