There are people who defaulted on their loans and the Gov't forced them to pay by garnishing their wages and now the Gov't is giving it away. If I was one of those individuals, this might push me over the edge.

Not fair to those who paid their loans or those that never had them to begin with. Just another case of the Gov't bailing out people who make bad decisions.
