Expect at least 1 - 3 ft. surge + the waves which could be 5-10 footers.

If'n your in the cottages just south of East Point Dr. (Kohler Ct.) you could be in for a rough go.

Sand has been trucked in at the south end of Rodanthe (Mirlo Beach area), but wouldn't be surprised if it punches thru there again.

Also watch 12 just south of South Nags Head as there are 2 or 3 places that are flooding all the way across - not from punch thru but from rain.
