All my daffodils bloomed weeks ago and are already dying. Crocuses are pushing up but not yet blooming.

We have a morning dove that nests on the porch every year and she and hubby have been doing their spring cleaning but not yet sitting on eggs. I'll know its truly spring when she lays her eggs.

Already catching stripers here in the bay shallows. All resident shorts but the Big uns cant be far behind. Water temp at the mouth of the bay is 43 degrees. A few more degrees and the migration should start. Freshwater Trout season opens here on the April 1.
