It is all a bunch of crap the required annual inspections is like a traffic quota to get their substance abuse block grant from the feds.

So if it's a traffic quota it should be a traffic ticket. It is easier to eyeball it under 18 to keep the line moving when it's backed up.

They have plenty of special tax money from the sales and the tobacco settlements, so no skin off somebody that doesn't smoke for treatment.

They are allowing CBD oil and a lot of those shops have popped up, it has less than one percent THC in it so it technically would be for NC.
