A favorite of mine, perfected over time .......

Taco or Burrito Filling and Nacho Topping

Around 1 1/2 pounds of lean ground beef
1 oz packet of Old El Paso "Original" Taco Seasoning Mix
2 small onions, diced
1 (16 oz) can of Old El Paso Vegetarian Refried Beans, no lard
1 (15 oz) can of Bush's Best Black Beans, drained and rinsed
1 (2.25 oz) small size can of sliced black olives, drained

Fry ground beef, onions and seasoning together in a little water on stove top, start on high 8 cut back to 4 and cook until meat and onions look done. Creates extra water so do not follow seasoning mix or will have to cook down longer. Add the cans of vegetarian refried beans, optional black beans and sliced black olives near the end when meat is finished and onions are almost ready.

A box of taco shells, bag of flour tortillas or chips, 4 cups of shredded cheese, mild cheddar or two 8 oz bags of Sargento 4 Cheese Mexican and your favorite toppings: chopped lettuce, tomatoes, spring onion, sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo, salsa, taco or hot sauce.
