I've seen it before high crime that the cops ignore, the highest taxes and a lot of empty government buildings is how all that works.

Meanwhile all of the white people are fleeing it some of the blacks too following the white people because they can't stand their own.

Then more come bringing their ways with them and the cycle continues. I see it starting to happen on the northern beaches will get worst.

Can't be run like it should be so it breaks.
