An old favorite below, lately been plenty of nice looking thick cut boneless pork chops at the stores in this area and not bad on prices.
Pork Chops And Stuffing
pork chops (4 chops)
1 (6 oz) "Chicken" Stove Top Stuffing from twin pack
1 (10.5 oz) can of Cream of Mushroom soupPut pork chops in bottom of 10"x8"x3" baking dish. Mix box of stuffing as directions on box says. Microwave 3 minutes then put on top of pork chops next dump Cream of Mushroom soup on top. Just spread the stuffing and soup out in dish over pork chops. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour (4 thick chops), (45 minutes, 4 skinny chops).
