when i come down to banks i just cruz on by all the little towns(kill devil hills, nags head, etc.) cross the bridge and head on south. mostly stay there the whole time. eventually it will be messed up there too.
i didn't know Biden was a PUERTO-RICAN. Hell i had to go to the Candy Store and get me a half gallon of Evie Williams to get over that. you guys stay safe, and looks like rain is gone for a few days. hope it don't snow as much as it rained this year.
