We have got another mess down here...WOW.....the NCDOT just as well remove their heads from their rectum's and start planning on building some more bridges....that is just the way that it is gonna have to be.....Highway 12 closed from OI bridge to Rodanthe.....3 major breach's of the dunes in Avon...their underwater...it's 9:00 am and low tide and it is pouring across the highway at the motels in Buxton 1 foot plus of water and 6" to 9" of sand AND expected to remain this way till way into tomorrow
