Rick ...I thought the same thing. Noticed that the name of the judge is anonymous. I smell a kick back.

I suspect it’s the developers that are pushing that bridge north every time I see a new layout. There’s not much left in Caorolla. Carova is one of the last of the unspoiled places. That bridge would cut 1.5-2 hrs off my trip but I’d rather not see it go in. As soon as it does go in, a paved road to the VA line will be next.
