Armadillos, frig market ramblings.

Expecting some rain here finally, have had a state burning ban. They did have a big wildfire at Pilot Mountain burned over 1,000 acres.
Also saw that the armadillos are spreading out from Texas and moving north along the mountains and they found one in Virginia recently.
Have been enough in the mountains in southern NC were trying to get rid of them, said they are destructive and are breeding like rabbits.
I've been having a time with my refrigerator was freezing the stuff then stopped cooling good and took weeks to get somebody to come look.
Took the inside panel off the freezer and had a big ball of ice checked it out and said oil from the compressor is leaking into the coolant.
That had clogged it up and wasn't worth trying to fix and asked about the brands this was a Whirlpool and told me not to get the Samsung LG.
He said best to stick with any of the old name brands but they are all being made in Mexico and China now and his least calls were on Maytag.
So went to Home Depot for a new one and everything that would fit except for the Samsung LG is on back order at the store didn't have to say it.
They said we know about the Samsung LG but it has a new 10 year warranty now, people on Facebook at the beach are saying nobody fixes them there.
I talked to somebody that lost their refrigerator recently on Thanksgiving day at the beach and said was lucky to get one now of any kind at beach.
Anyway was told at Home Depot some people are buying a small cheap frig and waiting on the back order so I did that and will wait until february.
It's a small Magic Chef with no ice maker only had 4 left. What I'm after is a larger one with the bottom being a pull out chest style like freezer.
I have had an old electric stove and frig by Magic Chef were built like tanks, frig door seal eventually became dry rotted and was leaking cold air.
Will be a basement back up for hard times was told at Home Depot that all of them in the future are going to be hard to get and will cost a lot more.
I know the Whirlpool is new because former owners showed the house with a nice double door and switched it with a cheapy, your not suppose to selling.
I did decide to throw everything out some was not freezing more going bad. Also freezers are related to fishing so this qualifies for a fishing post. :)
