Metformin = Type II med. Mrs. Capt on it for years. Allowed her to cheat a lot w/o running sugar count up.

Glad you're OK. Are you saying now w/ yur weight loss if you turn sideways we couldn't see you??:}:}

While all fruits/vegetables available, the slow $$ climb continues same as everything else. Best buy of week = whole boneless pork loins for $1.69 lb.

Up on the "hill" yesterday (name given to our end of the OP community) was jammed up w/ cars in drives and street.

Thanksgiving dinner at younger son's (w/ mother-in-law that hates "All men" - esp. this Capt) went surprisingly well. Butterball turkey. Waaaaay too much food. Refused leftovers as will again today at entire "family" Thanksgiving meal at Dr. son's.

Lake driven snow squalls today off and on but shouldn't drop more than 3" here in secondary snow belt. Glad drive today apprx. 5 miles as will be as always those who don't know how to drive in snow still toppin speed limits.

Natural gas bill came. 2x that of last month. Expect Dec., Jan., Feb.'s to be well over $200.
