Spadefish will probably be the fish of the wreck and they usually like more warmer water than the others like late summer or early fall.
Also they have a thin layer of dark meat under their skin that is bitter and you need to get that off when you clean them, rest is great.
And think the others might prefer deeper water too, the Winks Wreck in closer never had as many as the Triangle Wrecks that is further out.
I remember it having more smaller size spadefish than others and plenty of the usual fish coming and going like spot, croaker and bluefish.
Know your oddball juvenile fish like amberjack and cobia. Sharks are less likely during the middle of the day, more likely later at sunset.
