It sounds like to me that the local media has hyped it just a little bit, (no surprise). 48,000 SF. is literally the size of a Food Lion, I wouldn't call that a "Convention Center" maybe a Community Center at best. I don't think we are going to see the likes of the Monster's of Rock Tour or Grave Digger and Friend's coming through the area. I believe this is the area close to the Outlets that has outdoor craft vendors and local food trucks it's basically already what it says its going to be. Just gonna put a roof over part of it. But again, it is definitely not worthy of Convention Center status. Has any of these people in local media ever even been to a Convention Center???
