Rodanthe Report Friday

No fishin report for this morning. NE 20-30. Low tide, blowing sand, some rain showers.

Be packin early to avoid storms due later today.

Ate at Neptunes (previously Stingrays) last night. Arrived at 1700 hrs. Only 20 minute wait for food after ordering. Owner thanked for arriving early. Not all food ordered was brought to the table...but was on bill. Clean eating area. Ordered shrimp tacos, burger, shrimp Po Boy. Food = nothing special. Short staffed like everywhere else. Bit like Wal Mart insofar as dress and conduct. Busy as gets lots of walk ins from campground.

And...crew says food trucks have better ratings than a Tri-City restaurant with terrible reviews. That restaurant not visited (or mentioned) this trip.
