They didn't used to be managed because spot have a 2 year life span and that was their NCDMFs reason.

Then the wildlife groups decided they wanted all of them for sea turtle food using crazy size limits.

My guess is they told them to do something or else like they have been doing at the national seashore.

That said 50 is enough to clean at once and I've seen them dumped over the side at the cleaning table.

You can do special orders at Austin's in Nags Head for big fish frys have done it for sea mullet before.

Their staffing problems is everywhere caused by Biden trying to raise the minimum wage with unemployment.
