Just got a new yak and rigged up the fish finder. Went out last weekend to break her in and found some oyster beds. Tried some Berkley gulp worms put them on the end of a 1/4 oz jig head. Only caught oyster crackers. The Crabbers have their pots out so Ill have to give that a play.

I wanted to catch some grass shrimp but stopped by Cabelas and their "shrimp" nets are for much bigger shrimp. Holes are way too big for grass shrimp. I'll have to order one.

Really weird this year. Things are pretty slow up our way. Stipers didn't really show up and only a few blues here and there and some kingfish around but nothing really on fire. Croakers are starting to move into the bays now so maybe it will pick up.
