The problem with a dually diesal on the beach is usually the tires. The sidewalls are so stiff in order to carry heavy loads that they don't flatten out when you lower the air pressure. If the sand is firm, most likely you will be okay. If it is real soft, like sugar, you could have difficulty. Personally, I have never driven one on the beach...these are just my observations. Maybe someone who has one can speak from experience.
