Yep,
Drive west to 64 and up thru Manteo to the Umstead bridge.
On the west side is Bebops. Its even listed on Google Maps. There is a smaller fishing pier & you can fish from either side of the bridge. Good parking area. Caught a nice assortment of fish there. Plus a bunch of crabs. Only about 15-20 mins from the Little Bridge. Plus the Little Bridge only allows fishing from the soutside now.
